Hi, I’m Liis!

I’m a certified Personal Trainer based in Australia, offering private one-on-one and small group training from my fully equipped home studio.

I hold Certificate III & IV in Fitness, along with specialised certification in Pre- and Postnatal Training. With over a decade of strength training experience and several years of professional coaching, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience into every session.

My coaching is centred on building strength in both body and mind — not just for how you look, but for how you move, feel, and show up in your everyday life. I believe training and nutrition aren’t occasional efforts, but the foundation of a strong, energised life.

This isn’t about quick fixes or just where you are right now. It’s about the habits you build today and the person you’re becoming — because how you live now shapes how you’ll feel in 10 years’ time. As a mum to a 3-year-old boy, I understand that energy and resilience aren’t optional — they’re essential. Training isn’t just another task on the to-do list; it’s what supports everything else.
